All 32 files on this machine, rendered at real size on a checkerboard so transparency is visible rather than claimed. Each caption reports measured pixels — not the PNG header, which lies.

The thing worth knowing: every one of the 21 concept files in Downloads is RGB with no alpha channel at all — the "background removed" versions don't exist on this machine. Two files carry an RGBA header but measure 0% transparent: bykonzyard-house-reference.png (the site's default hero logo — a phone screenshot of a neon sign, timestamp included) and bykonzyard-circle.png. A header is not a cutout.
